The hotel had a beautiful decor and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with excellent bath and shower facilities. The rooftop pool offered stunning views and was not overcrowded. The hotel's location was in a pleasant area, close to shops and restaurants.
There were some issues with the service, such as a long check-in time and confusion with luggage. The breakfast options could have been better, especially for early departures.

I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel in Montecatini Terme. The modern design and spotlessly clean rooms made me feel right at home. The breakfasts were excellent and the rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and bar was a great place to relax. The hotel is located in a lovely thermal town, making it a perfect base to explore nearby attractions like Florence and Pisa. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel in a great area.

The price of the drinks at the rooftop bar seems to be a bit steep compared to other places.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional, providing excellent customer service. The hotel facilities were top-notch with a beautiful spa, roof bar, and pool. I enjoyed the delicious and extensive breakfast selection. Additionally, the location was perfect - set in a nice, quiet residential area, yet within walking distance of the railway station and various parks and shops.
